Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cauvery Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using Cauvery Store, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may use the platform only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

How the Marketplace Works

Cauvery Store is an online marketplace. Products are listed and sold by third-party sellers, and the contract of sale for a product is between you and that seller. Cauvery Store runs the website, takes payment on the seller's behalf, and supports you with delivery, returns and refunds as set out in these terms and our policies.

Prices and Orders

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The price, GST and delivery charge are shown at checkout before you pay
• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance
• We or the seller may cancel an order because of a pricing error, the item being out of stock, or suspected fraud. If you have already paid, the full amount is refunded

Payments

• Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited (Razorpay), a payment gateway. By paying online you also agree to Razorpay's terms of use, published at razorpay.com/terms
• You can pay using the methods shown at checkout, which may include UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets
• You must use a payment method that belongs to you or that you are authorised to use, and the details you give must be accurate
• Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure payment window. Cauvery Store does not receive or store them
• An order paid online is confirmed only when Razorpay tells us the payment has succeeded. You will see a confirmation on screen and under My Orders
• Your bank or card issuer may apply its own charges or limits. These are between you and them

Failed and Duplicate Payments

• If a payment fails, no order is placed and you can try again or choose another method
• If money leaves your account but the order is not confirmed, the amount is usually returned to the same account automatically by your bank within 5-7 business days
• If you are charged twice for the same order, email support@cauverystore.in with your order number and the payment reference. We will refund the extra amount to the original payment method
• We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or the payment network once a refund has been sent

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships, and return most items within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are sent through Razorpay to the original payment method, normally within 5-7 business days. Prohibited Use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or use a payment method without the owner's permission
• Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its security or other customers' accounts
• We may suspend an account or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse

Intellectual Property

All content on Cauvery Store — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Cauvery Store or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Cauvery Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.

Complaints and Contact

If something has gone wrong with an order or a payment, email support@cauverystore.in with your order number. Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
