Open My Orders in your account to see the status of each order. Once an order ships, the courier name and tracking number are shown there.
Raise a return from My Orders within the 7-day return period and choose the matching reason, or email support@cauverystore.in with photos. Returns for damaged, defective or wrong items are free.
